Israel has always been a friend of India and the growing ties between both shows that this friendship is going to be better. It is the values of India i.e. everyone on the earth has right to live and be safe, is the deepest root of friendship between India and Israel because when everyone is hating Jewish people, India loved then and provided safety in India. This value always gets respect from all over the world, especially Jewish people.
I have heard the Prime minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu at Raisina Dialogues 2018, his concepts are crystal clear. The way he explains the criticality and dependency of on to others will make you believe how a tiny country, surrounded by the ones, whom you can call enemies of Israel, survived and still growing that no one can dare to touch the boundaries of the country.
Great points of the speech are:
Weak don’t survive, strong survive. We make peace with strong, we make ties with strong so acquire the minimum strength that is necessary to survive.
so what are sources of power-
- Military strength is most critical to power i.e. equipment, intelligence etc
- The economic strength that provides the money for all of the operations that are critical to the country. Provide education to youth, Provide that kind of environment that helps firms to innovate, reinvent and multiply it. this is critical to first.
- Political Strength that exactly means what Prime Minister Narendra Modi doing since he became the Prime Minister of India. Political power means making ties with all over the world, have dialogues, build a relationship that grows the both mutually.
- The fourth strength is the power of our values. Keep your feet on grounds and wish to grow upto the heavens. The one should not forget their deepest root in the earth and spread the branches in the sky and throw your leaves upto the sky. That exactly means the one should not forget his anciant values yet keep looking to find new in the future. that gives you the power to grow.
He also explains the similarities between us and between them, the two democracies that bind us both together.

About Raisina Dialogues:
The Raisina Dialogue is a multilateral conference held annually in New Delhi. Since its inception in 2016, the conference has emerged as India’s flagship conference on geopolitics and geo-economics. The conference is hosted by the Observer Research Foundation, an independent think tank, in collaboration with the Ministry of External Affairs of India.
The conference is structured as a multi-stakeholder, cross-sectoral discussion, involving a variety of global policymakers including heads of state, cabinet ministers and local government officials. In addition, The Dialogue also welcomes major private sector executives, as well as members of the media and academia.
The name “Raisina Dialogue” comes from Raisina Hill, an elevation in New Delhi that is home to the Government of India, as well as the Presidential Palace of India, Rashtrapati Bhavan.
Raisina Dialogue 2018
The third edition of The Raisina Dialogue will be held at the Taj Diplomatic Enclave from January 16–18.
The theme for the 2018 Conference is “Managing Disruptive Transitions: Ideas, Institutions and Idioms”. This theme is designed to explore the shifting dynamics within the global order; where old relationships need new directions, emerging partnerships face unprecedented constraints and the notions of power and sovereignty are challenged. The Dialogue will foster discussions on the role of institutions, the possibility of collective action and successful responses to these modern developments.
